Its Official!!!

Husband and I will FINALLY; notice I said finally be living in the same state, same city and same apartment come May 4Th 2007!! Woo hoo!! I finally have a date...its all crazy, its all chaotic but at least we'll have some semblance of normality going on here with our marriage. We signed our rental application and put down the security deposit yesterday!! The apartments are in a prime location, just minutes from a huge shopping center, the apartment is a year and a half old, (we'll be the 2ND tenants ever) and its just minutes away from the interstate and it will be a place of our own! Come hell or high water, husband has promised to get his tooshie up to my state. He may or may not be employed, he may or may not be temporarily active duty, and he may or may not be in his manufacturing engineering school for the summer. That part is all up in the air... but what I do know for sure is that we're giving this ole' marriage thing another round.
Its weird how after 8 months I have totally adjusted to living with the folks. Frankly I can say that I haven't missed him every single day cause that would be lying if I said I did. I don't miss the daily dish-washing, and laundry. I do miss having someone to cook for. And of course Mom seldom lets me in her kitchen, so I have told husband to expect some burned dishes in the beginning. Duke (the cat) does not miss Daddy teasing him and rough-housing him either!
I hope we can make this work guys... I'm sure the first couple months will be rough. Just keep us in your prayers. I'll send photos of our little place once I have everything unpacked and all settled down.
Hope everyone has a great day..weather man is predicting nice temperatures up in the 70's around my area. Hope you all' have some warm weather coming your way too!

It will be interesting to see how you put the living room together ---
It's difficult to do when you have doors and walkways.
