On my 50th post....kick in the pants!
'Interviews have been conducted for the Computer Forensic Examiner at the ____ Section. While all propspective employees presente excellent interviews & qualifications, you were not selected as our final candidate'.
I spent all Wednesday night totally sad... and then, in the midst of my depression I realize that God has something better in store for me. I wish I knew what it was at this moment, but someday soon God will reveal that to me.
So I keep on keepin on.... I hope everyone has a great week this week!

Oh, I am so sorry that you didn't get the job!! It is their loss because I am positive you would have been an excellent addition to their staff.
"Delay has to be--sometimes. Your lives are so linked up with those of others, so bound by circumstances that to let your desire have instant fulfillment might in many cases cause another, as earnest prayer, to go unanswered. But think for a moment of the Love and thoughtful care that seeks to harmonize and reconcile all your desires and longings and prayers. Delay is not denial--not even withholding. It is the opportunity for God to work out your problems and accomplish your desires in the most wonderful way possible for you. Trust God. Remember that your Maker is also your Servant, quick to fulfill, quick to achieve, faithful in accomplishment....all is well."

Like your attitude. I have a hard time with rejection. I curl up in a ball when blogger doesn't like my word verification. Sigh.- Gerard commented at 2/08/2007 6:50 PM~
I'm job-hunting at the moment as well, and while rejection is part and parcel of looking for a new job, it still bites!
Keep your chin up and keep looking - you'll get there eventually!- Shauna commented at 2/09/2007 10:07 AM~
